Dr. G. Blair Lamb practices in the field of rehabilitative pain medicine whereby he uses non interventional and interventional modalities to facilitate in the rehabilitation of acute and chronic, regional and global, pain and injuries. The practice is in Burlington, Ontario, Canada. He began his career in the rehabilitation field when he suffered a series of accidents causing profound pain and loss of function of his spine and limbs. Current medical management was unsuccessful in remedying his pain and impairment. He is the author and creator of medical patents outlining the use of botulinum toxins (BOTOX ™, Xeomin, Dysport) for the use of spinal recovery and remodeling in conditions such as disk herniation, spinal stenosis, spinal arthritis and related conditions. The patents also include the use of growth hormone products and platelet derived growth factors, such as platelet rich plasma (PRP), upon the spine for remodeling and repair.
Dr Lamb also is the first in North America to utilise Swiss Dolorclast radial sound wave therapy for spinal recovery on its own and in conjunction with these other interventional modalities.
